Excellent team activities arrangement and nicely executed by Balram who is the event organizer, team has really enjoyed well. Food was good, facilities team had addressed all our problems instantly but can't believe sales team because they workout discount by reducing menu in food and other activities.

All the staff members are very helpful and courteous. Always smiling and ready to help. The food is excellent, breakfast spread is very good. The property has its kind of private beach which is well secured. They have taken care of us very well. Pool Side villas are pet-friendly and you can take your furry baby with you. They have buggy services available even to take you to the beach. A few points guests to remember are: 1. If you are booking the poolside villa, you may experience noisy air conditioners and broken floor tiles. They promised to repair them in the next few months. 2. The bar closes at 10:30, so remember to order your drinks on time. 3. There is a huge pet charge - Rs 2500/night, which I felt exorbitant and they do not provide pet food. Some suggestions for the management - 1. Please get the rooms repaired at the earliest. In 304, the A/C was so noisy, it was difficult to sleep at night. Also, the controller system needs to change. People do not bother to know the room temperature but are keen to know what temperature we are setting. 2. Pet charges are very high, honestly does not make any sense. If you are charging 2.5K/night, you need to provide food and other facilities for the pet as well. 3. Found the restaurant staff were sweating during lunchtime, they had not switched on the A/C as there were no guests then. Please allow them some comfort level. Special mention about Mr. Ridam in the restaurant and the hotel manager Mr Prabhu who helped us in all possible ways.

Had a wonderful stay in the resort, breakfast was good, private shore and large pool was the best out of our stay. Thanks Mr.Balram for all the fun engagements to keep us refreshed. Over all nice staffs and great ambience to spend quality time.

We booked Chariot beach resort for our 1 day team outing. They offered us with event management team, who well organised and kept us engaged with fun loaded team activities 😻. All of us enjoyed a lot and the adventures activities were kept to test our limits and go beyond . Food items were served with care and additional items were provided as complimentary which was liked by all our team members. Overall it was a great experience

The Experience at Hotel Chariot beach resort was very good, We had very nice Team Day outing, Enjoyed with good hospitality shown by staffs (Pugazh, Balram nayak, Lenin, Prateesh and all other staffs. Especially, Based on our request they have arranged a meeting area with beach view lawn, that was very good.
